„On 25 september 2008 director of the State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania carried a new resolution (No. 3R-72) „regarding the realization of Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs“, that became effective on 10 november 2008. The aforesaid decision has ensured a proper realization of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs. Therewith, new regulations (DR/04/2008) of the registration of designs were ratified as well as a schedule (DR/05/2008) of method concerning the declaration of data from the Register of Design. What is more, appropriate changes of regulations (AP/01/2005) regarding the process of appeals and opposiotions were made.“
