Starting as of the first of May 2009 the reduced prices for the registration of Community Trademarks take into effect. According to the new cost schedules issued by the OHIM the registration fee will be abolished, however the application fee will be raised a bit. As a result the average cost of the Community Trademark registration will be reduced about 700 Euros per application.
