Kristina Vilkienė has been working in a field of Intellectual property law since 2002. She started the professional career in the Appeals division of Lithuanian State Patent Bureau where she has been serving as Deputy Head of Department until October 2009. She acquired legal experience in reviewing disputes on legal protection of trade marks, designs and inventions, as well as the preparation of procedural documentation and representation before the courts. Kristina Vilkienė continuously been improving the professional knowledge during training and conferences arranged by the World Intellectual Property Organization (Geneva), the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Alicante), the European Patent Office (Munich) and national patent offices of various foreign countries such as USA, Hungary, Romania.
Kristina Vilkienė is working in METIDA Law firm of Reda Žaboliene as a attorney-at-law assistant since 2009. She advises clients on legal protection of intellectual property objects, including the fight against counterfeit goods. |
