Valdemaras Kovalevskis started his career in law in 2012. He was an intern and later a lawyer assistant at Tark Grunte Sutkiene where he focused on company and commercial law, as well as contract law. In 2013 he started to work as a lawyer for Magnus Logistics where, beside his usual areas of practice, he also had to deal with transport law.

In 2015 Valdemakars Kovalevskis joined METIDA’s team becoming a junior lawyer. Currently he is working as an attorney assistant.

Valdemaras consults on corporate matters such as, company formation and reorganisation, and prepares related documents. He is also responsible for various contracts and legal findings, as well as arranges pleadings related to legal disputes.

He takes part in various conferences and seminars on company, commercial, contract and transport law.

Between 2011 and 2013 Valdemaras was a member of ELSA. In 2011 he won third place at Constitution exam for lawyers. In 2015 he defended his MA dissertation on “Concept of guilty and its significance for the liability for violations of competition law”.
