Master’s degree in German philology, in the faculty of Philology at Vilnius Pedagogical University. Mrs Sutkienė graduated as a Patent examiner from the Patentology institute at St. Petersburg branch

Mrs. Violeta Sutkienė works in the field of trademarks since 1992. During her long time practice of consulting Lithuanian companies on registration of trademarks in Lithuania and in other countries, she gained a great experience. Having in mind the demands of the clients, Mrs. Sutkienė always advices on the most suitable variant for trademark registration and provides her consultations regarding formation of trademark portfolio and its monitoring. Violeta Sutkienė is a member of international organizations like INTA, AIPPI. She participates in international seminars and conferences including the highest level conferences on intellectual property protection in Brussels. She has also participated in the seminar on the International Nice classification in Geneva, organized by WIPO and other seminars.
