June 9, 2006Vilnius District Court took a decision on the annulment of the Appeal Section of the State Patent Bureau decision No. 2 Ap-690 and recognizing invalid the registration of trademark CAMEL (Reg. No. 29748). The Court dismissed the part of the civil case on recognition of invalidity of trademark CAMEL registration in the presence of the effect of the Court's decision on dispute between the same parties on the same object and the same ground, and rejected the remaining part of the claim.
