December 1, 2006 Vilnius district court has announced decision in the civil case following to the claim of UAB "Kilminė" against defendants UAB "VP Market", AB "Avidana" and UAB "Oktonedas" regarding infringement of trademark owner‘s rights and invalidation of trademark Taupa, fig. registration No. 36764 for class 35 services and following to the defendant‘s UAB "VP Market" counterclaims for the invalidation of trademarks TAUPYK reg. Nos. 33089 and 38059 owned by the plaintiff. The court has rejected the claim and counterclaims both.
